  • Psychiatric or neurological conditions (including any nervous disorders and their physical manifestations) or sensory re-education (whether or not of psychiatric origin).
  • Fertility, infertility, contraception, or related hormonal treatments or research.
  • Participation or training in any risky or dangerous sports, fun or professional activities.
  • Injuries resulting from illegal acts by a person.
  • Injuries or treatments related to wars, insurrections, rebellions, enemy actions, hostile activities (whether declared war or not), civil war, revolution, riots, etc., with thought to the degree and strength of an armed public disturbance.

  • Radioactive fuel, nuclear fission, or materials from nuclear weapons causing ionizing radiation or contamination.
  • Services or treatment in spas, hydroclinics, sanatoriums, nursing homes, or long-term care facilities not classified as hospitals.
  • Experimental or unproven treatments.
  • Cosmetic procedures, cosmetic plastic surgery, hair grafting, and dental procedures except emergency dental care or treatment following an accident.
  • Elective medical examinations or check-ups, including any charges or basic diagnostic entry (excluding breast cancer screening), routine eye or ear examinations, vaccination, medical certificates, examination for employment or travel purposes, spectacles, contact lenses, and hearing aids, except when deemed medically necessary.
  • Treatment for organ transplantation claims, other than renal transplantation, by the beneficiary other than the qualified/identical donor.
